Inner-City Ministry

Domestic violence, gang wars, incarceration, single parent homes, welfare assistance…these are just some of the issues that we see on a daily basis in the inner-city of Chicago.

The Navigators currently has laborers living and working among people in some of the poorest neighborhoods in our city.  By building relationships and having life-on-life connections, we are able to share the love of Christ in places where there is very little hope for a better future.

We have also partnered with the ministries of Breaking Ground and Shelter of Hope to provide a number of different services including:

• Street Evangelism
• Evangelistic Bible Studies
• Discipleship for new believers
• Life-on-Life interaction
• Life re-direction training
• Adult Education
• Job training and employment assistance for ex-offenders, and
• Affordable housing
