Walter is the kind a guy you just love to be around. He has been a scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts for more than 20 years. He came to Christ at a Navigator conference years before that. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Edna and they have five sons who are Eagle Scouts.
Each Thursday morning, before he arrives at 6:30, a local restaurant has his tables set for his Scoutmaster's Bible study. He takes time to share truths from the Bible with the waitresses.
Rose is one of the waitresses Walter talks with. She is a godly woman from Kenya who is working as her husband goes the college at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. As you can see they love to have fun with this man of God. God is using Walter in the lives of men (& waitresses) in Birmingham, AL.
Please pray for Walter and those God is discipling through him. Walter is just one of the many men we are pouring our lives into every day.
